What a success! – EAWOP in Prag 2025
Letzte Woche besuchte ein Teil unseres Lehrstuhlteams den EAWOP (European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology) Kongress in Prag.
Julia Schmidbauer, Sara Bergmann und Lukas Retzer stellten insgesamt drei Forschungsbeiträge unseres Lehrstuhles vor:
- Julia Schmidbauer: „Staying in a stressful job? The role of job embeddedness for truck drivers` well-being and turnover intentions“
- Sara Bergmann: „Challenge or threat: Do men and women differ in their technology perception in the work context?“
- Lukas Retzer: „What makes human-robot interaction effective? A diary study of people working with industrial robots“
